Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased from Lumas Solutions, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") via lumassolutions.com.
1. General Policy
We are committed to providing high-quality coaching and consulting services. Due to the nature of our services, which involve significant preparation, personalized attention, and the reservation of time, our refund policy is designed to balance client satisfaction with the operational realities of our business.
2. Coaching Sessions (Individual & Group)

Initial Consultations/Discovery Calls: These are typically offered as complimentary or at a reduced rate and are generally non-refundable.

Single Sessions: Refunds for pre-paid single coaching sessions are generally not provided. However, if you provide at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation, you may be eligible to reschedule the session. Sessions cancelled with less than the required notice or no-shows will be forfeited without a refund.

Coaching Packages:

Prior to First Session: If you purchase a coaching package and decide to cancel before the first scheduled session, you may be eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees (if applicable), provided the cancellation request is made within 7 days of purchase and 48 hours before the start of the first session.

After First Session (Partial Refunds): Once the first session of a package has been conducted, the package becomes non-refundable. However, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a partial refund for unused sessions in exceptional circumstances, calculated on a pro-rata basis at our standard per-session rate (which may be higher than the package's effective per-session rate). Any sessions already completed will be deducted at their full individual session price.

Expiration of Packages: Coaching packages typically have an expiration date (6 months from date of last scheduled session). Unused sessions after the expiration date are non-refundable and non-transferable.

3. Online Courses & Digital Products

Digital Products (e.g., E-books, Templates): Due to the immediate access and digital nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable once purchased and downloaded or accessed.

Before Course Access/Start: If you purchase an online course and cancel before gaining access to the course content or before the official course start date (for cohort-based courses), you may be eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees.

After Course Access/Start: Once you have accessed the course content (e.g., logged into the platform, downloaded materials) or the course has officially begun, refunds are generally not provided. We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund in very limited circumstances if a significant portion of the course remains untouched and the request is made within 7 days from access/start.

4. Events & Workshops

Cancellation by Participant: Refund eligibility for events and workshops will be specified at the time of registration. Generally, cancellations made with sufficient notice (7 days prior) may be eligible for a full or partial refund, or a credit towards a future event. Late cancellations or no-shows typically result in forfeiture of the fee.

Cancellation by Lumas Solutions, LLC: In the unlikely event that we cancel an event or workshop, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.
